These terms explain how you may use NICESHOT.ai, how accounts, credits, subscriptions, and AI-generated content work.
In short: you keep the rights to your content, credits are not exchangeable for cash, and you are responsible for images of other people that you upload.
You must be at least sixteen years old to create an account or use the service. If you use NICESHOT.ai on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must use the service in compliance with Vietnamese law and with the law of the place where you reside or operate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. Registration and billing information must be accurate and kept current.
You must not impersonate another person or organization. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must report it to us promptly.
Credits are a prepaid right to use the service, not money, and are not exchangeable for cash.
Prices and credit costs are those shown to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Generated results are retained for a period that depends on your plan — 14, 60, 180, or 730 days — after which they are deleted. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Credit Policy.
You keep all rights in the prompts and files you upload to NICESHOT.ai.
You grant NICESHOT.ai a limited licence to process that content to operate, secure, and support the service, and to correct defects and measure system performance.
You warrant that you have the right to upload that content, including the consent of anyone depicted in an image you upload.
NICESHOT.ai claims no ownership of the output you generate. Output may be non-exclusive and may resemble output generated for other users.
Output may be inaccurate, and you should review it carefully before commercial use.
NICESHOT.ai does not use your content to train AI models. Content is transmitted to third-party model providers to produce the result, and those providers apply their own terms.
Publishing media makes it viewable by anyone holding the page address. Publishing grants NICESHOT.ai a licence to host and display that content publicly for as long as it remains published.
You can remove published content, but cached copies may persist for a time. See the Public Content Policy for the full detail.
You may connect a third-party agent client to your account through the NICESHOT.ai programming interface.
Every action a connected client takes — including spending credits and accessing stored media — counts as your own action. You are responsible for which clients you connect and must revoke access you no longer want to grant.
Rate limits apply and may not be circumvented by any means.
NICESHOT.ai's interface, brand, and software are owned by NICESHOT.ai or relevant licensors.
If you are a rights holder and believe content infringes your rights, report it to us with the work's identification, the content's location, and your contact details. We review reports, may remove content, and may act against repeat infringers.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, use the service unlawfully, fail to pay, or pose a security risk.
Where circumstances permit, we give notice first. You may close your account at any time.
On termination, unused credits are handled under the Refund and Credit Policy, and stored content is deleted after the retention window.
The service is provided as available and may depend on third-party providers.
To the extent the law allows, NICESHOT.ai is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or output that does not meet your expectations.
You agree to indemnify NICESHOT.ai against claims arising from content you uploaded or published, including a claim by a person depicted in an image you uploaded.
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Before either party files a claim, we will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the support channel.
Unresolved disputes go to the competent court in Vietnam. Nothing in this document removes a consumer's non-waivable statutory rights.
We may change these terms. A new version carries a new effective date, and material changes are announced in the product.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and NICESHOT.ai, unless a separate signed agreement applies.
