This policy sets out what may and may not be created, uploaded, or published on NICESHOT.ai.
In short: no images of real people without consent, nothing involving minors, no non-consensual intimate imagery, and violations are enforced in graduated steps.
You may not use NICESHOT.ai to create, upload, or distribute unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
You also may not use the service for fraud or deception, to harass others, to incite hatred or violence, or to create and distribute malware or content that facilitates attacks on systems.
You may not use NICESHOT.ai to generate or edit an image of an identifiable real person without that person's consent. Impersonating another person is also prohibited.
You may not create content that presents a synthetic image as a real event in a way that is misleading.
Uploading a photograph of another person requires that person's consent.
Violations of this policy can be reported to support@niceshot.ai with the location of the violating content.
Enforcement is graduated: warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, and account termination. Severe violations can skip straight to termination. Unlawful content is reported to the competent authority.
If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you can contest it through the support channel.
