Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what may and may not be created, uploaded, or published on NICESHOT.ai.

In short: no images of real people without consent, nothing involving minors, no non-consensual intimate imagery, and violations are enforced in graduated steps.

Scope

This policy applies to everything created, uploaded, or published through NICESHOT.ai, including content created through a connected agent client.

This policy forms part of the NICESHOT.ai Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

You may not use NICESHOT.ai to create, upload, or distribute unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.

You also may not use the service for fraud or deception, to harass others, to incite hatred or violence, or to create and distribute malware or content that facilitates attacks on systems.

Real people and synthetic likeness

You may not use NICESHOT.ai to generate or edit an image of an identifiable real person without that person's consent. Impersonating another person is also prohibited.

You may not create content that presents a synthetic image as a real event in a way that is misleading.

Uploading a photograph of another person requires that person's consent.

Content involving minors

Any sexualised depiction of a minor is prohibited without exception and is reported to the competent authority.

Generating images of identifiable real children is also prohibited.

Sexual and violent content

Pornographic content and graphic violence are both prohibited on NICESHOT.ai.

Non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks and public figures

You may not use another party's trademark in a way that suggests that party endorses you or your product.

Content depicting a public figure endorsing something they have not actually endorsed is also prohibited.

Technical abuse

You may not circumvent rate limits or credit accounting, automate access outside the published interface, or scrape data at scale.

You also may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with NICESHOT.ai infrastructure, or share account credentials to evade usage limits.

Reporting and enforcement

Violations of this policy can be reported to support@niceshot.ai with the location of the violating content.

Enforcement is graduated: warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, and account termination. Severe violations can skip straight to termination. Unlawful content is reported to the competent authority.

If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you can contest it through the support channel.
