This policy explains how credits work, when they are returned, when a top-up payment can be refunded, and how to raise a complaint.
In short: credits are a right to use the service rather than cash, and credits held for a job that fails return to your balance automatically.
When a job starts, the matching credits are held; they are charged only when the job completes.
If the job fails, the held credits return to your balance automatically. You do not need to request it.
A job that completed is charged even if you are unhappy with the result, because the cost to the model provider has already been incurred. If you believe the result was wrong because of a fault in our systems, raise it under the complaints section below.
A top-up can be refunded where the payment was charged in error, was duplicated, or where the credits were never added to your account.
Send the request to support@niceshot.ai with the transaction reference and the time of payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long the money takes to arrive depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Credits already spent from that transaction are deducted from the refundable amount.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancellation currently goes through the support channel: send a request to support@niceshot.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
A part-used period is not refunded except where the law requires it.
Your generated results are kept for a period that depends on your plan: 14 days on the free plan, 60 days on creator, 180 days on pro, and 730 days on studio and enterprise.
When you move to a lower plan, the retention of your existing results is recalculated against the new plan, so the deletion date can arrive sooner than before.
Download anything you want to keep before downgrading.
Send billing complaints to support@niceshot.ai with the transaction reference, the time it occurred, and a description of the problem.
We respond within 30 days of receiving the information needed to review it.
This policy does not remove consumer rights that the law grants and that cannot be waived.
