Cookie Policy

Cookies and local storage keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the service is used.

Some are required for the service to function; others run only with your consent.

pixify_access_token, refresh_token — Strictly necessary — Authentication cookies issued by the identity service, keeping your session signed in — expire with the session or the token refresh window.

ns_consent — Strictly necessary — Records your consent choice for analytics and advertising cookies — one year.

NEXT_LOCALE — Strictly necessary — Remembers your chosen language — one year.

pixify-theme (local storage) — Strictly necessary — Remembers your chosen light or dark appearance — until cleared.

These cannot be switched off, because the service cannot function without them.

pixify_referral_code — Functional — Attributes a referral to the person who invited you — expires after the referral window.

_ga and _ga_<measurement identifier> (Google Analytics) — Analytics — Measures which features are used and where errors occur — two years. Set only after you grant analytics consent.

ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization (Google consent-mode signals) — Advertising — Used for advertising measurement and personalisation — set only after you grant advertising consent.

This is a separate choice from analytics — agreeing to one does not mean agreeing to the other.

The consent banner appears on your first visit.

You can change your choice at any time at /account/privacy, which works whether or not you are signed in.

Withdrawing consent stops future collection, but it does not delete data already collected by the provider — request that directly from the provider or through the privacy address. You can also block storage through your browser settings, at the cost of sign-in or checkout no longer working correctly.

When we add a new storage item, it is added to this policy before it is used.

If a change is material, the consent banner is presented again.
